Sunshine Citrus Bowl w/Meyer Lemon + CBD Dressing

Our wellness practitioner and integrative nutrition coach, Rachel Lyn, has come up with a recipe that will not only have you feeling amazing but will also boost the mind and encourage microbiome healing for better nutrient absorption and a happy gut.

Sunshine Citrus Bowl w/Meyer Lemon + CBD Dressing

Bowl Ingredients:
Baby lettuces
Microgreens
Avocado, diced
Cucumber, sliced
Blueberries
Quinoa
Baked or pan-fried tofu
Blood orange, peeled and sliced
Navel orange, peeled and sectioned

CBD Oil Dressing:
¼ cup fresh Meyer lemon juice
¼ cup sesame oil
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoon coconut aminos
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 small shallot
BLNCD Bliss+ CBD Oil

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Craft your bowl creatively. Start with the lettuces as a base and place ingredients around the bowl intuitively by colors and tastes. Peek at our photos for inspiration. 

Optional finishing ingredients include… sesame seeds, hemp seeds, and toasted nori crisps.

Place all ingredients minus the CBD Oil in a small food processor or blender and combine. Taste and season with salt, pepper, or coconut aminos as desired. When ready to serve add 1 dropper of Bliss+ CBD Oil per 2 tablespoons (recommended serving) of the prepared dressing and serve.

Dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
