I have struggled with insomnia for years. I had recently stopped all meds and had been looking for natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals. I have a very difficult time falling asleep and staying asleep. I love that these gummies don’t have any melatonin in them and I wake up every morning feeling extremely refreshed. I take between 1-2 gummies a night depending on how i’m feeling, and only use them on work nights to allow a little break on the weekends. These gummies are very effective! Mixed berry flavor and homemade texture that melts in your mouth. I started with one gummy but really felt the effects after taking two about an hour before bed. I have a hard time winding down before work the next morning. The taste and the texture of the gummy are great! No weird after flavor making it easy to take. The gummy initially helped me wind down and get that sleepy feeling when I wanted to go to bed.
