Nice product mild effects, minimal flavor/no bad taste, bottle dropper cap is difficult to open.

I started taking this about a month ago for headaches that i was getting almost daily. It has dramatically reduced them & i have been able to successfully cut back on the amount of coffee i drink every day without any withdrawal symptoms!
