I was looking for something to help me sleep at night and give me focus during the day. I found that my body responded better to the Brain boost a few hours before bed. I slept better than I have for a long time. Unfortunately for me the Zen gave me some bad dreams which prevented me from getting any sleep. But I am susceptible to that with Indica gummies. So was not surprised. Both Zen and Brain Boost tasted great and would highly recommend a try. Just ordered the Brain boost gummies in hopes that they will be just as good as the drink. Stay tuned. Ê
I enjoyed both of these very much!! Two different feelings – both very nice! I am planning on trying more things & checking it all out & finding out my favorites – such a nice variety! I cannot drink alcohol for medical reasons and this is such a nice alternative for me __
