Joining is easy! Simply sign up on our website and start earning points immediately.
You can earn points by making purchases, referring friends, leaving reviews, following us on Instagram, and more. Check out our “Ways to Earn” section for all the details.
Our program has three tiers: BLNCD Crew, BLNCD Fam, and High Roller. Each tier offers unique benefits and rewards. Visit the “Membership Tiers” section for more information.
Refer a friend to join the BLNCD Crew. They get 20% off their first purchase, and you earn rewards once they make a purchase.
Redeeming your points is simple. Log in to your account, and you’ll see your available points and redemption options. Use your points for discounts, early access, and exclusive offers.
You have the choice to redeem all of your points at once, or just a few! Click the black SPEND CREDIT button from the B rewards icon. Scroll down and add as many points as you want to create a coupon. Click the button to create the coupon and the coupon code will be shown next. You can then use that coupon in your cart OR return it back to your points if you decide you don’t want to use it yet.
Your reward points are valid for 12 months from the time they are earned.

If you return a purchase, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
Log in to your account on our website, and you’ll see your current points balance and activity. If you use your points to create a coupon, but then don’t use the coupon, be sure to check your spending power (third icon) and scroll down to the bottom. Your coupon will be saved down there and you can either use it OR return the points to your account.
