Full spectrum CBD is considered a whole plant formula. It’s derived from the flowers and leaves of the hemp plant. I have a hard time falling asleep. My mind races and wonรt turn off if that makes any sense. This product helped calm my mind and I fell asleep much faster and slept throughout the night. I didnt notice any difference with the effect from the first two weeks to the last two weeks. It seemed to work the same.
Before using this product, I could only fall asleep fast if I was really tired. I often would wake up in the small hours of the morning and had to read a while to get back to sleep. When participating in the sleep trial with this product, I found that the Sleep CBD Oil helped me fall asleep easier and stay asleep. I track sleep quality and have noticed an definite increase in the amount of deep sleep I get when using the CBD tincture – not 100% of the time but most of the nights I use it. I noticed sometimes more vivid or somewhat strange dreams.
I’ve used every sleep aid imaginable, from natural to prescription… most do not work. If I really need to sleep, I’ll take a stronger sleep aid but suffer the horrible sleep aid hangover the following day. It makes it extremely hard to focus throughout the day. The BLNCD sleep tincture makes me tired within about 1 hour or so, and I am able to then quickly fall asleep. I’ve noticed that I am not waking up in the middle of the night anymore and there is absolutely no next day hangover. Good stuff!
Iรve tried many but this is by far the most effective CBD oil, especially for sleep! The best part is that I can be woken up in the middle of the night, and my mind starts going, and still is able to fall back asleep! It has helped me so much since I started taking this CBD oil. I also love how naturally I can fall asleep, unlike other sleep aids! Since I quit other sleep aids, my sleep window was limited to around 9:30 to 10. And you know how you can get so much done after kids go to bed at nightร so I often had to choose between clean house and sleep! But now I can get things done, take this oil, and fall asleep naturally after midnight. I am in better mood, less irritated, and well rested! Thank you for the life changing product!
I have been using the sleep products for at least a week now and I am in LOVE. I always take CBD for sleep, this has been my favorite product so far especially compared to the last brand that I tried. That one felt like it wasn’t strong enough- or would “run out” through the night and I’d continue to wake up / toss and turn, however with your product I’ve been able to sleep through the night and hit REM sleep where I am actually dreaming… which sounds funny but for a while when I wasn’t sleeping well I couldn’t remember the last time I was having consistent deep dreams!
