Espresso Mint-tini

Inspired by the holiday-classic espresso martini, this festive twist blends rich coffee, cool peppermint, and our BLNCD Fuse THC Spirit for a drink that feels equal parts cozy and celebratory. With a white-chocolate peppermint rim and a cloud of cold foam on top, it’s the kind of mocktini that turns an ordinary winter night into a little moment of magic.

Ingredients

  • 50ml BLNCD Fuse THC Spirit
  • 50ml NA coffee liqueur
  • 15ml peppermint syrup
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 1 shot fresh espresso, cooled
  • White chocolate
  • Crushed peppermint
  • Cold foam, for topping
  • Ice

Recipe

Prep the Glass:

Melt a small amount of white chocolate in a shallow dish. Dip the rim of your martini or coupe glass into the chocolate. Sprinkle crushed peppermint over the rim while the chocolate is still soft. Place the glass in the freezer for a few minutes to set.

Instructions:

In a shaker, combine Fuse, NA coffee liqueur, peppermint syrup, simple syrup, and cooled espresso. Add ice and shake hard until chilled and frothy. Strain into your prepped, peppermint-rimmed glass. Top with cold foam for the perfect snowy finish.
