Lemon Levitate Fizz Mocktail
Mint + Lemon Simple Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest (about 1 lemon, zested)
- 1 tablespoon mint sliced
Lemon Mocktail
- 50 ml BLNCD THC Spirit Levitate
- 1.5 ounces coconut milk
- 1 ounces lemon juice fresh
- 1 ounces lemon and mint simple syrup
- .5 ounce honey
- Sugar
- Lemon Lime Sparkling Water
- lemon slices for garnish
Method
First boil the water, sugar, mint and lemon zest to make the mint + lemon simple syrup. Once the sugar has dissolved, set aside to cool.
Rim the glasses with lemon juice and sugar.
In a shaker, add ice, Levitate, lemon juice, the mint and lemon simple syrup, honey, and shake.
Pour mixture over ice into the glass and top with lemon lime sparkling water and a lemon wedge.
